Refund Policy

cancel 1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it. After this window, the cake preparation process begins and cancellation may not be possible.

campaign 2. Complaint Window

If your order is delivered and you have concerns, please file a complaint between 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM the following morning.

rebase_edit 3. Return Conditions

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product is defective.
• The wrong product was delivered.

payments 4. Refund Timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours.

account_balance 5. Refund Process

After inspecting the returned product, we will initiate the refund. For edible items (Cakes, Pastries, Chocolates, Savory items):

• The product must remain at least 80% intact (should not be completely eaten).
• Refunds are sent directly to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI).

warning 6. Refund Deductions

A maximum of 80% of the order amount will be refunded. Standard processing charges will be deducted from the total amount.
